Singer Rita Ora is all set to make her debut as a performer in the Academy Awards with the forthcoming edition. She will be singing "Grateful" from the film "Beyond the Lights".
"International recording artist Rita Ora will make her Oscars stage debut this year. The mixture of her incredible voice and glamour makes a perfect combination for our show," Oscar producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron said in a statement, reports aceshowbiz.com.
"Grateful" was penned by Diane Warren. It is nominated in the Best Original Song category along with "Lost Stars" from "Begin Again", "Glory" from "Selma", "Everything Is Awesome" from "The Lego Movie" and "I'm Not Gonna Miss You" from the film "Glen Campbell: I'll Be Me".
Singer Adam Levine has been confirmed to sing "Lost Stars" while rapper Common and singer John Legend will perform "Glory" at the upcoming award ceremony,
The 87th Annual Academy Awards will be airing Feb 22.
