Singer Rihanna's Instagram account has been temporarily suspended after a technical issue disabled the page.
The 26-year-old has 12 million followers on Instagram, an online photo-sharing medium.
The "Umbrella" hitmaker came under fire last month after she shared risque pictures of her sexy spread in French men's magazine Lui, in which she was captured exposing her assets, on Instagram, reports contactmusic.com.
The singer was subsequently forced to remove her saucy photographs because they violated the social media company's rules on nudity.
However, Instagram bosses have said that the incident has nothing to do with technical problems that occured on her page Monday.
A statement from the company bosses read: "This account was mistakenly caught in one of our automated systems and very briefly disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience."
