Actress Reese Witherspoon has admitted she finds it hard to relax and has a "natural inclination" to worry about everything.
According to femalefirst.co.uk, the 39-year-old said: "The most difficult thing for me is finding time for myself to just relax and not worry about things, which is my natural inclination. I like to walk in nature, where it's peaceful and calm. That's been my form of therapy as an adult."
But Witherspoon insists that she doesn't stress about juggling her family and career.
"It can get chaotic sometimes, but whether you're working a lot or not, life with children will always be a bit unpredictable. All mothers have a lot to deal with, and I've been doing it since I was 22 and Ava was born," she said.
