Reality TV personality Kim Kardashian is still six weeks out from her due date, but she says she gained 52 pounds since becoming pregnant.
 
"Ok I'm 52 lbs up today....and I still have six weeks to go! I got my work cut out for me!" the "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star tweeted on Tuesday, reports people.com.
 
Kim, who already has a two-year-old daughter named North with husband Kanye West, is expecting a son in December.
