Actress Nicole Kidman has been nominated for an Olivier Award for her performance in “Photograph 51”.
The 48-year-old spent two months in London's West End playing the part of DNA researcher Rosalind Franklin in the acclaimed play, “Photograph 51”, written by Anna Ziegler, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
The “Grace of Monaco” actress has won a London Evening Standard Theatre Award for the role, as well as a Best Actress award at the WhatsOnStage Awards.
The Olivier Awards are recognised as Britain's top theatre accolades, with other nominated performers including Oscar winner Mark Rylance and Benedict Cumberbatch. The ceremony will take place on April 3 here.
