Singer Miley Cyrus surely knows how to grab attention, and this time she has done it posting a selfie in a hospital gown.
The singer took to photo-sharing website Instagram to share an image showing a cut on her wrist. Cyrus is also seen making a sad face in it, reports mirror.co.uk.
She captioned it: "The gown is sooooo hipster".
Cyrus's fans were bewildered with the photograph and took to the social platform to post their queries about her.
One user asked "What happened to her," while another questioned: "Why is she in hospital?"
The ring of doubt was cleared when the “Wrecking ball” hitmaker posted a string of photographs of a wrist surgery.
To conceal the gory details of the surgery, Cyrus digitally inserted pictures -- for example, of a pizza and singer Justin Bieber -- on the wound.
One of the photograph's caption read: "I have pizza in my veins."
The singer had earlier posted a photograph showing herself relaxing on a bed with a bandage on her wrist.
