Singer Miley Cyrus has left her fans worried about her health with a photograph in which she looks very skinny.
In the image that she posted on Instagram, Cyrus wore a gray sports bra and leggings, exposing her flat stomach and super skinny arms, reports aceshowbiz.com.
She sat on the passenger seat of a car and stuck her tongue out.
"Green tongue!!!!! Sign of good healffffy mornin (sic)," she captioned the image, hinting that she had just consumed a green juice or other healthy drinks.
Her fans got worried.
One of her followers wrote, "Omg you look like a skeleton", while another commented: "She looks sooo sick".
There was another fan who said: "Love you but too skinny @mileycyrus."
