Reality TV personality Kim Kardashian and her rapper husband Kanye West are expected to get settlement money from the founder of video-sharing website YouTube over their leaked marriage proposal video.
Chad Hurley, he founder of YouTube, agreed to pay the couple $440,000 to end the legal battle, reports aceshowbiz.com.
Hurley was one of the people attending Kim and Kanye's engagement at San Francisco in October 2013.
Despite signing a confidentiality agreement, Hurley secretly filmed the moment Kanye got down on his knee, and he posted the footage on his new video platform, Mixbit.
Kanye proposed to Kim several months after she gave birth to their first child North West. The secret engagement party was later featured on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".
