Singer Justin Bieber is reportedly due to pay a bill of $85,000 bill to a construction company, before he can hand over the keys of his Calabasas mansion to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian.
Khloe has purchased the mansion, while Bieber has moved to Atlanta.
A construction company has filed a mechanics lien, claiming it performed $85,011 worth of damage repair services on Bieber's house and the amount still hasn't been paid. If the bill is not settled by next week, the sale will not be able to go through, reports TMZ.com
Sources close to the singer, who is currently staying on rent in Atlanta, told TMZ: "Justin is trying to resolve the issue as soon as possible".
