Justin Bieber takes mother to basketball game

Darpan News Desk Darpan, 13 May, 2014 01:09 PM
  • Justin Bieber takes mother to basketball game
Singer Justin Bieber took his mother Pattie Mallette to a basketball game for Mother’ Day. He was sadly booed by the entire crowd.

The singer got a less-than-impressive reception from fellow sports fans here when he took his mother to watch Los Angeles Clippers take on the Oklahoma City Thunder in game four of the NBA playoffs.

"The entire placed booed him when Staples Center cameras put him on the jumbotron," contactmusic.com quoted a source as saying.

Despite getting booed at the game, the 20-year-old and his mother appeared to be having a great time and were seen posing for a number of selfies.

Bieber posted a picture along with his mother holding a hotdog and captioned: "Took my mom to the game. She's more focussed on the food."

Before heading to the game, the singer took to Twitter: "Happy Mother's Day to my amazing mom @pattiemallette. I love u with all my heart (sic)."
