Singer Jessica Simpson has revealed she stays in shape by walking three miles a day with her husband Eric Johnson and their two children Maxwell and Ace.
 
"I walk three miles a day. Eric (Johnson) and I love taking the kids out for long walks in the neighbourhood. Chasing them around our yard is a work out all its own!," Simpson told eonline.com.
 
Simpson believes health and fitness became an important factor in her life after she became a mother.
 
"Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important to me. Fitness has been a priority in my life since having my kids," she said.
