  • Jennifer Aniston Starts Day With 'Solid Breakfast'
Actress Jennifer Aniston says she begins each day with a "good multivitamin", a "solid breakfast" and a meditation session.

The 46-year-old is one of Hollywood's healthiest and fittest stars and she says the key to getting your metabolism right is to kick off each morning with a satisfying and nutritious meal.

"I start everyday with a good, solid breakfast. I like to meditate every day for even just a few minute - it helps clear the mind. I take a good multivitamin every day as well,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted her as saying.

Aniston also says that staying hydrated is one of the keys to good health.

"(You should) carry bottles of water with you everywhere you go. During the not-so-hot seasons in Los Angeles I keep a case of smartwater and smartwater sparkling in my car,” she said.
