Actor Jamie Foxx has shot down rumours of dating actress Katie Holmes.
 
The actor denied relationship claims when he was filmed in Westlake, US this week by a website TMZ, reports mirror.co.uk. 
 
"Come on, you guys have been trying to make that stick for three years,” he said. 
 
The actress and Foxx sparked romance rumours last year after they were spotted getting cosy at a number of events. 
 
He went on to explain that the duo had been working on an "animation project" together. 
 
"We're working on that, that's all it is," he said. 
 
Holmes, who split from her husband and actor Tom Cruise in 2012 after five years of marriage, hasn't been officially with anyone since.
