Singer Iggy Azalea wants women to "relate" to her body and is happy to look less-than-perfect in photographs because she doesn't want to be "contrived".
The "Fancy" hitmaker, who recently confessed to having had breast implants, doesn't get upset when unflattering pictures of her appear online because she hopes it shows she is just an ordinary female, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"I hope women think, 'Iggy Azalea actually has a body that is relatable to my body'... and you should feel f***ing good about that," she told Marie Claire magazine.
The 24-year-old pop star finds it funny when people says she should "try harder" with her appearance because she doesn't want to appear too groomed as it would be contrived.
"I'm a little scrappy for sure, but I like that about myself. Even with paparazzi pictures of me looking like complete s**t, and people are like, 'She should try harder', I'm like, no. There's something to say about not being so contrived all the time. You should hold on to that as long as you can," she said.
The Australian star is incredibly proud of the success of "Fancy", which she worked on with 22-year-old singer Charli XCX.
