Actress Megan Fox has defended her “Transformers” co-star Shia Labeouf over his recent headline-grabbing antics, saying his notorious behaviour will not remain with him for lifetime.
The troubled actor has been involved in a string of odd stunts, including wearing a brown paper bag on his head while walking the red carpet at a German film festival.
He was also arrested for disrupting a Broadway production of "Cabaret" and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and harassment, reports contactmusic.com.
LaBeouf briefly enrolled in an outpatient rehab programme to tackle his drinking following the Broadway outburst. Fox is not worried.
"I'm not worried about Shia. I love my Shia. He's perfectly fine,” Fox told the New York Daily News.
"I haven't talked to him in a couple of years, but I don't worry about him. He's a brilliant kid, talented and funny... There's no reason to worry,” she added.
In 2009, Fox denied rumours she was dating LaBeouf, but Labeouf later insisted they "hooked up" while making the two “Transformers” films.
