  • I Don't Want To Be Super Skinny: Kelly Brook
Model-actress Kelly Brook says she would hate to be any slimmer because she prefers looking "strong" and "athletic".

"I had a couple of years off but then I wanted to get into shape. I like to be curvy, athletic and strong. I don't want to be super skinny," Brook said.

The 35-year-old believes in mixing up her exercise regime in order to get the most out of her workouts.

"I do heavy weights a couple of times a week. Barry's Bootcamp (interval training classes) for cardio. I go hiking, I swim, do a bit of martial arts. I like to mix it up," she told Closer magazine, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
