How Khloe Kardashian Lost 5 Kg

IANS, 22 Dec, 2015 10:54 AM
Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian has shown impressive weight loss over the past few years and she has now revealed how she achieved the feat.

In an interview for the January issue of NewBeauty magazine, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star revealed that she eliminated dairy products from her lifestyle, reports aceshowbiz.com.

"I'm obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet (I did it gradually) made the biggest difference," Khloe told the magazine, before revealing the result.

"In a month and a half, I lost 11 lbs (5 kg) just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different," she added.

Khloe also said that earlier, she was a "mindless eater".

"I ate for comfort. I also ate out of boredom and habit. I ate when I was unhappy (which I'm sure many of you can relate to). I even ate chips because I love the crunchy sound they make. And I didn't give much thought to what I was eating, or what I was putting inside my body," she said.
