Her role as a woman who loses her child in animated film "Home", made singer Jennifer Lopez emotional.
 
The 45-year-old, who has seven-year-old twins, confessed that while she found it easy to relate to the feelings a mother would have if she were to lose her child, it was also an emotionally draining experience, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
 
The singer, who has lent vocals to the upcoming animated film, said: "It was almost too easy for me to do this voice for the movie, it is a small part but it's about being distraught trying to find her child. 
 
"It was easy for me to think about how that would feel. So I was super emotional through it all."
 
The "On the Floor" hitmaker, who would be playing a mother named Lucy who gets separated from her young daughter, admitted that she found it exciting to work in a film which her children will be able to watch.
 
"It was wonderful to work on the song and to work on it for the film was great! With it being a child's movie and my children being able to see it and having them be so into it is the best thing about it," she told HollywoodLife.com, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
