Actress Halle Berry, who separated from her husband Olivier Martinez last month, says she is doing “okay”.

"I'm doing ok, I really am. I keep pushing and I'm really happy to be here,” Extra magazine quoted Berry as saying, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"Whenever you're going through anything in life, when you step outside yourself and focus on others, that's always the best remedy for any situation that you'd rather not be dealing with,” added the 49-year-old "Extant" actress, who has a two-year-old son Maceo with Martinez.

Berry and Martinez got married in 2013.
