Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed her longtime friend Mario Batali "didn't like" her former boyfriend and actor Ben Affleck.
The 43-year-old actress said Batali wasn't keen on the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor, who she dated in 2000, but did approve of actor Brad Pitt, who she was in a relationship with from 1994 to 1997 and got engaged to, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Speaking at a dinner event at Batali's restaurant La Sirena here, Paltrow told the crowd: "He was just teasing me about every boyfriend I brought to Babbo (Batali's restaurant) over the years.
"He liked Brad Pitt, if you want to know. Didn't like Ben Affleck that much," she added.
Paltrow and Affleck met at a party hosted by studio executive Harvey Weinstein.
Last year, she admitted the star "wasn't in a good place" to date someone when they briefly went out.
"He is super intelligent and really, really talented and he is funny. But he wasn't in a good place in his life to have a girlfriend," Paltrow said.
Paltrow has two children, Apple, 12, and 10-year-old Moses, with ex-husband Chris Martin who she was married to for 13 years until "consciously uncoupling".
