Great To Put Alkaline In Body Early Morning: Jennifer Aniston

Darpan News Desk IANS, 24 Apr, 2016 01:51 PM
  • Great To Put Alkaline In Body Early Morning: Jennifer Aniston
Actress Jennifer Aniston shared her morning ritual and says that “it's great to put that alkaline into your body first thing in the morning”.

The 47-year-old, who is married to “Zoolander” screenwriter Justin Theroux, says that “we've got to really be conscious and mindful around what we put inside our bodies”, reports people.com.

“It's great to put that alkaline into your body first thing in the morning. We've got to really be conscious and mindful around what we put inside our bodies. And how we sleep and how we eat and how we take care of ourselves,” Aniston said.

The “Cake” star follows her morning drink with a breakfast shake which includes more fruit and a lot of chocolate flavours.

"I'll put in bananas, cherries, blackberries, a greens powder, a collagen peptide, a little cacao powder, chocolate stevia drop and chocolate almond milk. You can see I like chocolate-flavoured. I don't like protein taste,” she said.

Rather than reaching for a packet of biscuits or crisps when she's feeling peckish, Aniston opts for a mid-morning hard boiled egg.

The actress also enjoys salads and lots of fish for lunch and occasional pasta dish in the evenings.
