Fri-Namaste': Miley Cyrus Shows Off 'Namaste' Yoga Pose

    Singer Miley Cyrus displayed her yoga skills by posting a 'Namaste' pose on social media.
     
    The “Wrecking Ball” singer took to photo-sharing website Instagram on Friday with an image from one of her yoga routines, reports people.com.
     
    "Fri-namaste," Cyrus, 23, captioned the image.
     
    In the photograph, the “Dooo it!” singer can be seen flaunting platinum blonde hair, showing off a 'Namaste' pose with her feet. She is seen practicing in a dimly-lit room.

    Last month, Cyrus shared a images and videos of her morning yoga sessions, sharing that she uses the activity to help keep her sane.
     
    "Starting da day right, Gotta do yoga not for my body but for my mind! DO YOGA or GO CRAZY,” she captioned a video of her routine.
