Eva Mendes Eats In Moderation

Darpan News Desk IANS, 19 Jun, 2015 12:04 PM
  • Eva Mendes Eats In Moderation
Actress Eva Mendes says she eats whatever she wants but only in "moderation" and works out "at least" three times a week to remain fit.

"I think eating anything you want as long as it's in moderation, is good," Mendes said.

The 41-year-old actress also has a fairly relaxed approach to exercise and refuses to go to the gym every day, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"I do cardio and light weights at least three times a week," she said.

Mendes also opened up about her beauty secrets, revealing that she keeps her skin healthy by washing it with witch hazel and uses coconut oil as makeup remover.

Asked how she removes her makeup, she said during a social networking website Facebook question and answer session: "Coconut oil on a damp washcloth ... I'm also on the coconut oil bandwagon. I use it all over."

"Drinking warm water and lemon every morning before my coffee and staying hydrated all day long really helps me stay healthy and helps my skin look its best," she said.
