Drew Barrymore Calls Cameron Diaz 'Poo Poo'

Darpan News Desk IANS, 17 Mar, 2016 01:24 PM
Actress Drew Barrymore, who has been close friends with actress Cameron Diaz since they were teenagers, has a special nickname for the "My Best Friend's Wedding" actress -- Poo Poo.

In a recent interview to Marie Claire magazine, Barrymore accidentally revealed the nickname she has for Diaz, reports people.com.

“I've never felt comfortable with this, sort of, camaraderie of famous people. I've known Poo Poo (Cameron Diaz) since I was 14 years old. We just happened to know each other before her career started, and I was working in a coffee house trying to re-figure out my life. So in a weird way, it doesn't even count with us,” she said.

Barrymore, who has daughters Olive, three, and Frankie, 22 months, with husband Will Kopelman also shared that she leaves the glitz and glamour of Hollywood behind when she is not working.

“I went to parents' night, and I wore some lipstick and concealer, and I thought the people at school looked at me kind of differently. I normally come with acne, and Ugg boots, and I thought they were like, 'Oh that's nice, she made a little bit of an effort'," the 41-year-old said.
