Singer Demi Lovato, who considers herself beautiful, suggests people to love their body.
 
Lovato recently posted two images of herself online from the beginning and the end of 2014. And the 22-year-old felt proud about her body, reports eonline.com.
 
"I was beautiful then, and I'm beautiful now. I decided to focus on bettering myself by making changes in my life with health, balance, endurance and consistency," she wrote.
 
"...It's all about loving and taking care of the only body you will ever have...cherish it, love it, embrace it...Because when you do...It begins to show," she further added.
