Singer Demi Lovato extended support to Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton and delivered an impromptu performance at her rally while visiting the University of Iowa.
"I don't think there's a woman more confident than Hillary Clinton. I am voting for her because I truly believe that there is nobody more qualified to run this country - our country - than our secretary of state," Lovato said at the university, reports aceshowbiz.com.
She later played "Yes" and the self-titled song from her latest album "Confident" to enthrall the attendees.
During her speech, Lovato also praised Clinton for "her beliefs, her strength and the fact that she completely embodies the concept of women empowerment".
Lovato is not the only A-list celebrity supporting Clinton.
Actress Lena Dunham, singer Katy Perry and actor Robert De Niro are other famous faces who have endorsed the 68-year-old politician.
