Music mogul Simon Cowell says his "X Factor" co-judge and singer Cheryl Fernandez-Versini aka Cheryl is the "happiest he has ever seen her".
It's the effect of marrying French restaurateur Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, reports mirror.co.uk.
Cowell, 54, said: “Cheryl is the happiest I have ever seen her. Her new husband is a great guy."
After returning from Mustique, Cheryl had a second wedding party in London where she looked stunning wearing a black Ralph and Russo haute couture gown with a see-through skirt.
The duo got married last month. However, Cheryl has not commented on her married life yet.
