Actor Charlie Sheen is reportedly selling his Beverly Hills mansion for $9 million.
The 51-year-old is said to be putting the lavish home on the market for almost $2 million more than he originally paid for it, reports tmz.com.
The mansion was home to a number of "wild parties" in the controversial actor's career, as well as being where Sheen, who revealed he was HIV positive last year, indulged in "epic sexual escapades".
When Sheen bought the house, he reportedly splashed out a whopping $7.2 million, and has now added the extra $1.8 million on top because of it's prime location in one of the most desirable gated communities in the city, says the publication.
The mansion is also the same house where Sheene's Mercedes was stolen and later found mangled in a nearby ravine in 2010.
The "Anger Management" star is keen to move away from Beverley Hills and over to Malibu where his parents live, but it was reported earlier this year that the star has a desire to move to Mexico in order to live within the "quite retirement community".
