After releasing "The Body Book" in 2013, actress Cameron Diaz is set to release another lifestyle book.
 
The 43-year-old actress gave an insight into her forthcoming release “The Longevity Book” by uploaded a photograph of its front cover on her Instagram account, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
 
Diaz wears no make-up in it and bares her naked face for the cover. Her new book will discuss the science of ageing, the biology of strength, and the privilege of time while encouraging women to feel confident.
 
"I am so excited I can barely contain myself!! As soon as I saw it myself, I wanted to share with you the cover of THE LONGEVITY BOOK... I am so proud of this book and very much looking forward to engaging us all in a new conversation about aging - how to do it with strength, grace, health and wisdom (sic)," Diaz captioned the image of the cover.
 
“The Longevity Book” is set for release in April.
