Reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner is suing paparazzi over a fatal 2015 car accident in Malibu involving her.
In legal documents obtained by eonline.com, the "I Am Cait" star alleges that a group of photographers had been stalking her all day before the crash happened and killed another driver named Kimberly Howe.
Jenner states in the suit that those paparazzi even followed her as she drove along Pacific Coast Highway.
While she was driving her vehicle "consistent with all laws and speed limits," those photographers weren't and subsequently caused the collision.
"As Jenner was driving her vehicle consistent with all laws and speed limits, the Stalker Defendants, and others acting in concert with them, continuously, negligently, and recklessly operated their vehicles, tracking Jenner," the lawsuit reads.
"As a direct consequence and result of this stalking, harassing and distracting conduct, (Jenner) was visually distracted, and the negligence and reckless conduct of the Stalker Defendants did contribute to the cause of an accident where seconds and split seconds mattered," it adds.
The accident happened in February 2015. At the time, Howe was inside the white Lexus which Jenner rear-ended with her Cadillac Escalade SUV before getting struck by a Hummer.
Howe was pronounced dead at the scene and her adult step-children then sued Jenner for it. The lawsuit, however, was dismissed earlier this year.
