Britney Spears avoids paying for lunch

Darpan News Desk IANS, 17 Jul, 2014 06:11 AM
  • Britney Spears avoids paying for lunch
Pop star Britney Spears avoided paying for lunch at a restaurant here.

When the waitress came over with a $30 bill, Spears told her that her security personal will pay for it, tmz.com quoted a source as saying.

The problem arose when nobody paid for the meal.

Spears feels horrible about the "honest mistake", say people close to her. The guard thought Spears had paid and she believed he paid the bill, the source added.

This conundrum caused the meal to be totally free for the popstar.
