Brad Pitt Seeks Joint Custody Of Kids

Darpan News Desk IANS, 05 Nov, 2016 01:32 PM
  • Brad Pitt Seeks Joint Custody Of Kids
Actor Brad Pitt wants joint custody of his children with estranged wife Angelina Jolie.

The 52-year-old has filed his response to Jolie's divorce petition, in which she requested full physical custody of their six children -- Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne -- and he has asked to share guardianship, reports tmz.com.

Pitt gave the same separation date as Jolie, 41, did, and neither of them have mentioned spousal or child support in their filings.

Jolie and Pitt previously agreed on a parenting plan, giving Jolie temporary physical custody of the children with Pitt being allowed to visit them under the supervision of a therapist.

Pitt is alleged to have gotten verbally abusive and physical with their son Maddox under the influence of alcohol during a flight on September 14, following which Jolie filed for divorce.
