Blessing To Have Remo As Director, Says Lauren Gottlieb

Darpan News Desk IANS, 31 May, 2015 12:56 PM
Dancer-actress Lauren Gottlieb, who will be seen in Remo D'Souza's directorial "ABCD 2", says it's a blessing to have a "director who is so calm and comforting".

Asked about D'Souza, Lauren told IANS: "There is this calm, cool swagger about him. There were a lot of actors in this film and several things had to be done on time. So, it's a blessing to have a director who is so calm and comforting. He was also a dancer and a choreographer so, he understood fully what I was going through."

The forthcoming film also features Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor.

The successful dancer from the US says her parents are not too happy since she is often away from home.

How did her family react when she decided to work in India?

"They have always believed in everything I have done and stood by every choice I have made. I do understand that they're a little hurt as I am not at home so much; I can only speak to them early in the morning or late at night. It's hard but they understand that I follow my heart," she said.
