Actor Ashton Kutcher, who is soon going to be a father, has sold his bachelor pad here for $9.9 million.
 
The fiance of actress Mila Kunis, has sold his plush property after listing it a few months ago for $12 million, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
 
The mansion, which was built in 2006, boasts stunning views of the Hollywood Reservoir and the iconic Hollywood sign, as well as half an acre of private land.
 
The three-storey house has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and an elevator to move between floors.
 
Kunis also recently listed her Mediterranean-style house for $3,995,000.
