Angelina Jolie Discourages Her Kids From Being Actors First

  • Angelina Jolie Discourages Her Kids From Being Actors First
Actress Angelina Jolie doesn't want her six children to follow in her and Brad Pitt's footsteps to be actors. She wants them to first explore something else.

During an appearance on the "Today" TV show on Thursday, the "Maleficent" actress said she and her husband hope that their children would take other jobs first before joining in film industry as actors, reports aceshowbiz.com.

Asked if she would get her children into the entertainment business, Jolie said: "I hope not! We've always said if they're going to be actors I hope they do something (else first) and then be actors."

However, the 40-year-old actress said that she included some of her children in her upcoming animation film "Kung Fu Panda 3".

"I think what was so sweet about it was that they took it very seriously," Jolie said of the moment when her children provided animal noises for some of the pandas in the movie.

"They came in and said, 'I don't know if I could do this. I'm not sure if I can do this'... but they really took it seriously as a job and getting it right and not doing a bad job,” she added.
