Adele slams 'ridiculous' question

Darpan News Desk IANS, 05 Nov, 2015 11:59 AM
  • Adele slams 'ridiculous' question
Singer Adele says she often gets questions about whether or not she will expose her body.

Speaking to Rolling Stone for the magazine's November issue, the "Hello" hitmaker admits that she's constantly asked whether or not she will pose for Playboy magazine, reports aceshowbiz.com.

"I've been asked, 'Would you do Playboy?' so many f**king times, it's ridiculous," Adele told the publication.

She then wonders whether or not people ask that question merely because she's a woman. "And is that because I'm a woman or because I'm fat?" she said.

"Would I show my body off if I was thinner? Probably not, because my body is mine," the 27-year-old said.

"But sometimes I'm curious to know if I would have been as successful if I wasn't plus-size. I think I remind everyone of themselves. Not saying everyone is my size, but it's relatable because I'm not perfect, and I think a lot of people are portrayed as perfect, unreachable and untouchable."
