Zoya Knows Exactly What She Wants: Rahul Bose

Darpan News Desk IANS, 28 Jun, 2015 02:06 PM
Acclaimed actor Rahul Bose, who worked under Zoya Akhtar's direction for the first time in "Dil Dhadakne Do", says she knows her work very well and still she's open to suggestions.

"Zoya knows exactly what she wants, but is willing to experiment on how to get there. She will give an actor all the freedom the actor wants but she won't compromise on the aim and intent of the scene. She has a clear idea of who each character is," Rahul told IANS.

"Dil Dhadakne Do", released earlier this month, saw an ensemble cast of actors like Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Farhan Akhtar, Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma.

Rahul said it's been "one of the most satisfying film experiences" for him.

"All the actors worked incredibly hard. Everyone came to the sets having done their homework and was open to improvisations. It was a great experience on and off screen," he added.
