Youth Has No Issue With Bold Films: Mahesh Bhatt

Darpan News Desk IANS, 06 Jan, 2015 12:27 PM
  • Youth Has No Issue With Bold Films: Mahesh Bhatt
After producing bold films like "Jism", "Raaz", “Murder” and "Gangster" among others, Mahesh Bhatt is ready to release yet another erotic thriller "Khamoshiyan”.

"Khamoshiyan”, which marks the big screen debut of actors Gurmeet Choudhary and Sapna Pabbi, has some extreme bold scenes. But Bhatt feels it's not a bold film.

"Of course it ('Khamoshiyan') has bold scenes. Now our society is ready to face the sexual reality. Especially after the digital technology, our young generation's thinking about sexual issues has been changed.

“The change we saw in last ten years in our country, we did not see in the past many years. And you are calling it bold, but for our young generation, it is very normal," Bhatt said at the launch of film's song "Bheegh loon" here Monday.

Directed by Karan Darra, "Khamoshiyan” is set to release Jan 30. It also stars Ali Fazal.
