Yami Gautam is surprised at all the “casting stories” doing the rounds. The actress says she will not talk about the films that are offered to her, adding that it is the “producer's prerogative to announce the news when a project is signed”.
 
There were reports that Yami has been roped in for the third instalment of the thriller “Race”. The actress says that she is only focusing on “Kaabil”. 
 
“I am surprised at so many casting stories that are appearing. I have never spoken or will speak on films that I have been approached for,” Yami said in a statement. 
 
She added: “It is producer's privilege and prerogative to announce the news when a project is signed.”
 
Yami will be seen with actor Hrithik Roshan in "Kaabil". Directed by Sanjay Gupta and produced by Rakesh Roshan under his banner FilmKraft Productions, the film is set to release on January 26 next year.
 
The actress shared that “I am currently concentrating only on Rakesh Roshan's 'Kaabil'. And I am very excited for same".
 
She also took to Twitter to respond to all the reports.
