'XXX' planned with fresh talent: Ken Ghosh

Darpan News Desk IANS, 19 Apr, 2015 01:33 PM
Filmmaker Ken Ghosh has rubbished rumours that he asked actor Shahid Kapoor to star in his upcoming film "XXX" saying the plan was always to cast "fresh young talent".

Ghosh took to his official Twitter handle to share the news.

"FYI- never approached Shahid or any known actor for #XXX. Film was always planned with fresh young talent. No sulking happening! (sic)," Ghosh tweeted on Sunday.

Shahid started his Bollywood acting journey with Ghosh's "Ishq Vishk", which also launched Amrita Rao's career, in 2003.

The filmmaker and "Haider" star went on to work together in films like "Fida" (2004) and "Chance Pe Dance" (2010).
