Would like to do finite series on TV: Tisca Chopra

Darpan News Desk IANS, 18 Jun, 2016 10:48 AM
  • Would like to do finite series on TV: Tisca Chopra
Actress Tisca Chopra, who has worked in TV soaps like "Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii" and "Astitva...Ek Prem Kahani", says she would like to do a "finite series" on the small screen.

Tisca, whose film "Ghayal Once Again" will air on Zee Cinema on June 26, says she certainly doesn't want to do the daily soap format.

Would she like to make a comeback on the small screen?

"Certainly not the daily soap format. That is not my plan at all. I couldn't do it," Tisca told IANS.

Tisca has previously been a part of the finite series "24" along with veteran actor Anil Kapoor.

Asked if she would like to star again in a finite series, she said: "Finite definitely, because I cannot devote that much time to any one thing. So definitely a finite series".

Tisca says that movies and television are "differently big".

"Television is instant... You do an episode and it would be on air in three-four days. (But) films are completely different. It take a year and a half to come out," Tisca said.
