  • Will Meghan Markle Attend Priyanka Chopra - Nick Jonas' October Wedding? Here's The Answer

Now that Priyanka Chopra is officially engaged to Nick Jonas, attention has moved on to the future wedding. And the biggest question on everyone’s mind is ‘Will Priyanka’s BFF Meghan Markle attend?’

According to an E! News report, the Duchess of Sussex is ‘very excited’ for Priyanka and Nick. “Everyone is very happy and they are definitely a great match,” the report quotes an insider as saying.

Meghan was engaged to Prince Harry in November and was married in a lavish wedding in May. Priyanka attended the wedding in a lavender Vivienne Westwood suit and the reception wearing a Dior gown.

While Priyanka attended the royal wedding alone, fans are hoping for the Duchess of Sussex to attend her best friend’s wedding with Prince Harry in tow. According to People.com, while Meghan has been forbidden from posing for selfies and has been asked to delete her social media accounts, there is no rule forbidding her to attend a close friend’s wedding.

Nick arrived in India on Friday with his parents, father Kevin Sr and mother Denise. The next day, Priyanka and Nick made their engagement official with a ‘roka’ ceremony held at her Juhu home. Pictures from the ceremony flooded the internet. While Priyanka was dressed in yellow and white, Nick opted for a cream-coloured kurta pyjama.

Nick and Priyanka met at the 2017 Met Gala where they both represented Ralph Lauren. Rumours of their relationship began in May 2018 as the two were often spotted on dinner dates and outing around New York. She invited him to Mumbai and her house a few months ago and he accompanied Priyanka and her cousins to a small beach vacation in Goa.
