  • Wife trusts my choices: Sharman on doing 'Hate Story 3'
Sharman Joshi, who will be seen essaying a bold character in the erotic thriller "Hate Story 3", says his wife Prerna "understands my work" and "trusts" his choice of roles.

"She trusts me, she trusts my choices and she understands my job as an actor. We all are professionals and it's our job. That's the end of that part and at home we are different people," Sharman said during a visit to the IANS office here on Wednesday with the cast of the film.

Prerna is the daughter of veteran actor Prem Chopra.

"My wife Prerna is also coming from a film family and she understands (my profession). Apart from that, which lets me make my own choices in work, she understands that work is important for me," he added.

The "3 Idiots" star will essay the role of a business tycoon and a "doting husband" to actress Zarine Khan's character in the Vishal Pandya directorial.

"I played a doting father in 'Ferrari Ki Sawaari' and in 'Hate Story 3' I am playing a doting husband," he said.

"Hate Story 3", which is slated to hit the theatres on Friday, also stars actors Daisy Shah and Karan Singh Grover in pivotal roles.
