Why Kareena Kapoor, Son Taimur Won’t Kiss Saif Ali Khan Anymore

Darpan News Desk IANS, 27 Jul, 2018 01:35 PM
Saif Ali Khan’s beard has become a thing these days. The actor, who is riding high on the success of Sacred Games, has been sporting a beard for playing the character of Sartaj Singh on the Netflix show.

Saif who otherwise is immaculately groomed has decided to stay with the “face fuzz” even after the show’s first season has been shot, telecasted and become a success.

So, when Saif gave an interview to Rajeev Masand, he asked the actor about the “elephant in the room”. Talking about his beard, Saif said, “I have this for six months and I will sport it till end of August. I have been dreaming about shaving but now I am wondering if I should shave it off given my next job would be Sacred Games season 2.”

Saif is also playing the role of a “Naga sadhu bounty hunter” in Navdeep Singh’s next film in which a long beard and dreadlocks are an occupational hazard. But how has the beard affected his home life?

“She (wife Kareena Kapoor) says she likes it and Taimur pulls it very hard but neither of them has kissed me a lot of late. If I ask Taimur to kiss my hand, he will do so. If I ask him to kiss my face, he just tilts his head on my cheek. The same scenario happens with the missus as well,” Saif joked.

Kareena and Saif were recently seen in a TV campaign. Kareena is fresh off the success of Veere Di Wedding and dyet to sign her next project.
