When Varun Dhawan Lifted Bharti Singh

Darpan News Desk IANS, 15 Dec, 2015 11:15 AM
An evening with the glitz and glamour of showbiz turned into a weight training session for Varun Dhawan when the actor lifted pudgy comedian Bharti Singh at the BIG Star Entertainment Awards 2015 ceremony here.

After grabbing two trophies in BIG Star Most Entertaining Actor in a Thriller Role (Male) and BIG Star Most Entertaining Actor in an Action Role - Male/Female categories, an excited Varun couldn’t contain himself and lifted the host of the award show.

The “ABCD 2” star also showcased his dancing moves on the stage with the comedian. When Varun got on to the stage to receive his award, Bharti requested him to dance with her, and Varun obliged.

He danced to the tune of “Manma emotion jaage” from his forthcoming film “Dilwale” and lifted her.

Other than Bharti, actor and host Manish Paul made the evening of the ceremony, which was held on Sunday, more fun with rib-tickling gigs and quirky punch lines.
