Vishal-Shekhar Replace Amit Trivedi For Bollywood Music Project

    Musician Amit Trivedi's close friends and popular Bollywood composing duo Vishal-Shekhar are stepping in as headliners of Bollywood Music Project after he had to back out due to a personal tragedy.
     
     
    Trivedi had to back out from the music festival due to the demise of his father. 
     
    Presented by Radius Developers, Hungama Bollywood Music Project festival -- curated by IP company, Event Capital in alliance with talent management company TM Talent Management -- aims at inculcating new ways of consuming Bollywood music. More than 70 musicians from the Hindi film industry will be seen jamming together. It will be held at Jio Garden, BKC here on Friday and Saturday.
     
     
    Deepak Chaudhary, founder and director of Event Capital, said Trivedi will be missed. 
     
    "Firstly our deepest condolences to the Trivedi family. Amit played a very key role in shaping up the event and his presence will be missed. We are extremely grateful to Vishal-Shekhar for stepping in at the very last minute," Chaudhary said. 
     
    Rekha Bharadwaj and Vishal-Shekhar will close day one of the festival, while Arijit Singh and Sajid-Wajid will close day two of the fest. 
     
    Other solo acts include Sachin-Jigar, Papon and Badshah. 
     
    Actress Sonakshi Sinha will also be making her debut at a music festival with her performance at the Bollywood Music Project.
