Vidya Balan To Promote 'Hamari Adhuri Kahani' On TV Show

    Actress Vidya Balan will be making a special appearance on TV show "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" to promote her forthcoming film "Hamari Adhuri Kahani".
     
    According to a source close to the show, the actress will be seen helping the lead actress of the TV show Divyanka Tripathi, who plays the role of south Indian woman Ishita who gets married to a Punjabi man Raman Bhalla, unearth a secret. 
     
    As per the storyline, evil intentions of Ishita's former fiance Subbu will be revealed. 
     
    "Vidya will help Ishita get files from the psychiatrist on Subbu’s case. Raman and Ishita will come to know that Subbu wants to use Simmi to take revenge on Bhalla family as he blames the Bhallas for the death of his wife and child," the source said. 
     
    The episode of the Star Plus show with the Bollywood actress will be beamed next week. 
     
    Meanwhile, “The Dirty Picture” actress is prepping for the release of "Hamari Adhuri Kahani", directed by Mohit Suri. In the movie, she plays a florist who works at a hotel owned by Emraan Hashmi's character. 
     
    The film will delve on a love triangle formed when one's past love confronts with future and the impact on the present. It also stars Rajkummar Rao and will hit theatres on June 12.
