Veere Di Wedding Song TAREEFAN Ft. Badshah: Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor Turn Into Boss Ladies

IANS, 04 May, 2018 02:25 PM

'Veere Di Wedding' dropped its first song, Tareefan, on Tuesday and it is all about women.

The important part of the song is that male gaze gets subverted as the leading ladies, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor, turn into boss ladies.

Following the release of the song, Sonam Kapoor tweeted, "Hor das kinni #Tareefan chahidi tenu ... http://bit.ly/Tareefan

    #KareenaKapoorKhan @ReallySwara @ShikhaTalsania @Its_Badshah @TheFarahKhan @qaranmehta @ZeeMusicCompany @RheaKapoor @ektaravikapoor @Nikhil_Dwivedi @balajimotionpic @saffronbrdmedia @AppleMusic @vdwthefilm."

The song has been sung by Badshah and composed by Qaran Mehta. Farah Khan has choreographed the song.

Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, the movie is slated to hit the theatres on June 1.
