Actor Varun Dhawan will be paired with actresses Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu in the remake of the superstar Salman Khan starrer "Judwaa".

The movie will be directed by Varun's father and filmmaker David Dhawan, who also helmed the 1997 hit.

"It's official, Taapsee and Jacqueline with the two of me 'Judwaa 2'," Varun tweeted on Monday.

The father-son duo last worked together in the 2014 romantic-comedy "Main Tera Hero".

While Jacqueline has previously worked with Varun in "Dishoom," Taapsee will be teaming up with the actor for the first time.

The original film "Judwaa" had actresses Karisma Kapoor and Rambha opposite Salman.
