Varun Dhawan announces second installment of 'Bhediya'

Mumbai, April 13 (IANS) Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has announced the second part of the horror-comedy film 'Bhediya'.
Varun made the announcement at the Jio Studios event on Wednesday. The actor went on stage, and a poster of the film 'Bhediya 2' was unveiled.
He was also seen making the wolf sound which he had been doing during the promotions of 'Bhediya', which released last year.
Details about the second installment are still under wraps.
Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon-starrer 'Bhediya' was directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan. It is the third installment in Vijan's horror-comedy universe.
'Mili' is directed by Mathukutty Xavier and produced by Boney Kapoor. The film stars Janhvi, Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa. A remake of the director's own 2019 Malayalam film 'Helen', it follows a woman stuck in a freezer fighting to stay alive. The 25-year-old shot for the movie for straight 20 days inside a freezer in minus 15 degree temperature.
Talking about the project, Akshay Kumar said in a statement: "It's a dream come true role for me. I think to portray Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on the big screen is a very huge responsibility. I was taken aback when Raj sir asked me to portray this role. Also, I will be working for the first time with Mahesh Manjrekar, and it is going to be an experience".
